Are you gradually Loosing Boost ? Did you know your Supercharger Rotors can actually wear out ? As time goes on Supercharger Rotors can progressively lose their Teflon Coating. As a result the supercharger loses its Seal and ability to generate good Boost Pressure.

Small fragments of dirt and debris may have found their way past the filtration process and cause pitting and delamination of the rotor coating. Other causes of delamination include water injection, excessive rpm, heat cycling and general wear and tear. Whilst Holden GM tried to make these supercharger last as long as possible, the first signs of wear start to occur in the rotors and snout bearings, hence these are the parts that need to be replaced as the kilometres build.

Previously the only way to purchase rotors was buying a whole new supercharger for $2000 ! You'll be Happy to know a low cost Alternative is Now Available ! Our Supercharger rotors are low kilometre second hand units refurbished to almost new condition. Prior to acceptance all rotors are clearance tested and inspected for rotor delamination and wear. If excessive wear or out of tolerance is detected the rotors are thrown out.
Rotors that do pass the test are thoroughly cleaned and further inspected for progress to the next stage. Here the rotors are coated in a High Heat Epoxy Enamel, very similar to the original coating from the manufacturer. Once complete the rotors are again thoroughly cleaned and final clearance tested. Each set of rotors comes with new High Temperature Grease for the rotor bearing and Brand New Polyurethane Green Coupler which is quieter than the factory unit.
